N & CO Unisex Salon llc - Nashua Haircuts - N and Company in Nashua, NH

I was sooo excited to get a perm here, because I had got a cut and absolutely loved the results!  Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for my perm.

The picture on the left is what I asked for. The picture on the right is the result.  I kept telling the stylist that I wanted 'fat spirally curls' like the blonde had and she kept telling me those were waves. Regardless, I tried to make it clear that I wanted curls and said it SEVERAL times and she kept saying that hers and my definition of waves/curls were different.  I should have known right then that we were not on the same page and left.  

1. The curling rods were old, mostly broken and the stylist brushed it off by laughing when she had to fix them.  (one actually snapped in my hair during the first perming chemical process). She didn't even have enough of the two sizes/colors she chose, so had to rearrange my hair a little. Mind you, none of which were large enough to make "fat spirally curls".  (Time to get new ones and a wide variety)
2. There were two chemical processes, neither of which were timed / alarm set to ensure my hair was not overdone.  The stylist brushed both times off like her alarm just didn't go off, but I watched both times and never saw her set an alarm. The end resulted in some of the blonde highlights in my hair getting literally FRIED OFF! So she had to cut the fried ends in the front creating almost bangs and now I have to tuck the fried ends behind my ears.  I have no idea how bad it's going to look when I try to pull my hair up.  Sadly, I chalked it up like it was no big deal, because I just wanted to get out of there; literally trying not to cry.
3. She was extremely scattered, unorganized and in my opinion, unprofessional.  She seemed to be too busy either texting her daughter reminders, responding to her friend's drama via iPhone/Apple Watch or something else.  Which shows ....  

Overall, my experience wasn't the greatest and my hair is a result of it.  I will not be going back to this Salon.

I loved krissy she has an amazing personality and really nailed my hair. I previously had many different warm and cool tones in my hair, and she got it all one color, and back to brown. Will definitely be coming back!

One word: WOW. I am the kind of person who is never happy with my hair. I'd go to chain salons and 9 out of 10 times I hate my hair the next day. Usually because it wasn't what I wanted or cut oddly. My husband Raymond knows this and did some major research and found N & CO and purchased the Groupon as one of my Christmas gifts. I needed a cut badly. Can I say, I was able to get an appointment two days later?! It was so meant to be as I was told it is pretty hard to get an appointment with this Rock Star. I saw a ton of positive reviews about Krissy on different sites, so I asked for her, naturally. Boy did I hit the jackpot! Not only was Krissy friendly, fun and entertaining to talk to, she really listened, saw my style example and highlight color example on my phone and went to work! It is a work of art! I have only been happy with my hair one other time (many years ago), so I can honestly say Krissy is a MASTER at her craft. If she didn't like something, she fixed it, kept me informed and made recommendations. How refreshing! To my sheer delight, she was SO happy with the results and was raving over how I looked! Said I looked 20 years younger (lol), which was wonderful to hear - but she was sincere! I have found my new hair stylist and have already booked an appointment for February!

Very friendly women there and love Krissy.  She is the best and takes her time to assure you look beautiful and get what you want.  Trust her opinion 100%

I am a non-binary transfeminine individual and I had one of my first long-hair cuts at N & Co. in Nashua and Norma did an amazing job. Samantha was also warm and welcoming... They made me feel right at home and I will definitely be going back! See Facebook for the photo!
