Absolutely loved my experience here! I hadn't gotten my nails done in a long time but I decided I'd like to get them done right before my birthday so I looked around for a salon as I didn't have a great experience at the last salon I went to. I decided to try My Nail Salon as it was local and had good reviews. I am SO glad that I did, and I cannot wait to go back. I got my nails done (gel polish) about 3 weeks ago, and they are holding up really well.
My Nail Salon is the best nail salon in Brockport. I have been to the other nail salons on 4th Section in the plazas and the one on 19 which is in a plaza as well. My Nail Salon is cleaner, the staff is kind and accommodating, and the equipment is new and well maintained. I get a dip manicure and gel pedicure every time and regardless of the technician (3), I am always pleased with every aspect of the services. They are thorough and skilled. They take the extra time to massage your hands and feet. Overall the staff is courteous and friendly, the atmosphere relaxing, and the service top notch!!!
I always have a hard time finding a new nail salon that actually takes their time and does great quality on your nails. Today was my first time at my nail salon, before I came in I was actually at a different nail salon and they literally butchered my nails and had a horrible experience and I was able to get a appointment with my nail salon and they actually took me at 6 o'clock and Chia I believe is her name spent her time and put in a lot of effort into my nails and I am so happy!!! I don't care how much my nails cost as long as they are done well and the quality is amazing! Even though they're technically supposed to be closed she did not rush and I enjoyed talking to her and they made me feel welcome and I definitely recommend this place for everyone!!
The owner's name is My. Him and his daughter Cindy are awesome people! My has quite a life story to tell! Ask him about it, you will be amazed and should also be so grateful for the life you have here in America!
Been coming here since they opened. Great, clean place. Owner and staff are great. Following all covid rules. Stay in car for your appointment time and they will call you when you can enter. Upon entering temp check and sign waiver. Located right in the village for all your nail and spa needs. Quality products. Give My a try as he will not disappoint.
