HORRIBLE NAIL SALON, been a few times and never again! Very poor service and just over all terrible nail technicians, I don't even understand how they own a nail salon in the first place. Nails always come out trash.

This place is horrible! My friend and I went for manis/pedis. They cut my friends toe and proceeded to tell her it was because she has an in grown toe nail.... she does NOT. Then the lady only massaged ONE of my legs... completely forgot about the other?! I got gel on my nails and within 4 days they were peeling! Worst 60$ I have ever spent. They were rude and confrontational when any of these things were pointed out to them! Will never go back.

Soon as I walked in, they just looked at me and didn't say anything.. about five minutes later, they sat my sister and I at a seat. Keep In mind that there was absolutely no one at this place and we shouldn't of had to wait. Once we were both seated, my sister's lady started her nails, while mine was sitting on her phone texting and laughing and her texts. FIVE hole minutes later my lady started my nails. About 10 minutes later, The lady doing my nails got a FaceTime call from her friend that she was texting. She then proceeded to answer the call, but had technical difficulties and just kept FaceTime different people. After FaceTimeing her whole FaceTime log, she continues to do my nails. FIVE MINUTES LATER she randomly gets up and goes to the bathroom for 10 minutes, and hasn't even started applying my nails. Half way in, things were going good... UNTIL my sisters lady CUT HER, with a file that looked Like it was bought from the dollar store. The lady said nothing and immediately put old green aloe stuff that made her hand BURN LIKE CRAZY! Today we went to the doctor and came back with an INFECTED FINGER. Overall we were WICKED rushed to pick a color, and never coming back ever again. ALSO forgot to mention, my lady flinched while using the electric file and also cut me. Horrible service.

I went in for a gel polish. Easy right? Wrong. It looked like a 5 year old did my nails. She painted over my cuticles and some spots didn't even have any polish. I asked for my money back and they refused. The woman said it was because I bite my nails. I have never bitten my nails and anyone with eyes can see that. I asked for them to remove it and she told me I would have to wait a half hour. No thank you. I did it myself. Completely unprofessional and rude. They shouldn't be in business.
