Have been getting my hair done by Alexis for a couple years now. She does a great job and is always professional. Haven't been anywhere else to get my hair colored since.
Very Disappointed. So I paid almost $200 for my girlfriend to get her hair done, her normal hairdresser was out of work for a few weeks so we had to find someone local. The hairdresser here left her without any curls or style at the end of the cut (every photo on her IG shows the finished cuts and they're ALWAYS styled), she didn't cut her hair evenly, and on top of that, After reaching out about how she was unhappy, they told us we would be refunded. We Showed up for and got a partial refund of $40! Can you believe it, paid $150 for them to leave my girlfriend without her hair done properly & the stylist was very defensive when we called with our concerns. It's your job to make sure she leaves feeling beautiful and that she enjoys her finished product, overall very let down by what should have been an easy trip to the salon.
I had a FANTASTIC Eminence facial with Karna today. The salon is beautifully appointed, calming and elegant. Her work is truly excellent. The one hour facial included a deep arm and shoulder massage while the steam and products were doing their thing. I will absolutely go back!!
