I went in here as a walk in and was serviced really quick. I go to sit down in Stacy's chair and then there was a gentleman that told Stacy it was not in fact her turn and it was another girls turn. Stacy was continuing to fight it, playing dumb, acting as though it was her turn when it turns out it was not. Stacy fought it for so long I ended up starting with her, then once the owner called and informed it was in fact not Stacy's turn, I went over to Brooklyn's chair. Let me just say I had a wonderful time with Brooklyn and she gave me a perfect dip manicure, and was professional and quiet despite Stacy's little show. Throughout the rest of my time Stacy kept coming back to apologize but also continue to play dumb about her little tiff. I mostly am writing this review so the owner knows that Brooklyn was not in the wrong in this situation and that Stacy was incredibly unprofessional and made the experience in the salon incredibly uncomfortable for me, as well as the other woman in there. Thanks for everything Brooklyn.

Ive been going here once in awhile for over a year and thought I found the perfect nail salon. I was very satisfied until now. Elena complained about my nails in front of at least four people and said I need to go every four weeks. Who can afford that? And they only have a very limited choice of color for powered nails. It's only been a short time and one of my nails has broken in two places. Time to find another salon.
Well, after 3 trips and 4 hours total in this salon for the same issue with bad polish, I spent WAY to much time and money here. Went on Saturday for matching gel polish on nails and toes- by Sunday, one nail flaking polish and all toe polish oxidized. Went back Monday for nail repair and and replace toenail polish. By Wednesday, same problem- toes oxidized and nail flaking. Went Friday to have polish replaced, and after my toes were completed, informed I needed to pay additional $22 for service. When explained why I shouldn't have to pay, I was informed my nails didn't need polish change and labor was invested into removing and repainting my polish. Well, what about my vacation time and gas wasted just trying to get what I paid for?? I wouldn't have needed my nail color changed had the polish been good. Not too mention the nail tech continually over talking me and touching me to get me to understand his position. Too much $ didn't here for the manager to treat customers this way. Never again. Fine yourself another salon who cares about the client and actual listens to understand and not reply
