50 Shades Nails & Spa in Murrells Inlet, SC

I always went to Stacy. I made a appointment today with her, co.e to find out she is no longer there. The owner is nasty anyway and tried to tell me she thought I said a different name. I clearly stated 3 ti.es while making the appointment make sure its with Stacy. The owner tried to have me stay clearly knowing I only went to Stacy. I had also left my polish there with Stacy and told the owner that and she said no she didn't leave it, then proceeded to hand my my polish and says here's a hot pink for you.  It was definitely my polish and told her but I put it back on the shelf and walked out.

My daughter and I were at the salon today to get pedicures and my daughter got a gel manicure
The pedicure were ok as far as relaxing but my daughter got the gel nail polish and only a couple of hours her gel nails started to bubble and peel also the technician Tom made a mess on the outside of her nails and did not clean the polish off her skin around the nails

I had sparkle mail polish on my nails I sat there for 20 minutes for my nail to dry on my foot they didn't instruct me to go to the nail dryer to dry my toenails until after I smudge all the nail polish off my right foot

When I came into the salon an saw the place was empty I should've realized business was bad I do like the owner of the salon but her employees do a rush job and are more interested in having you upgrade your service so they can make more money then giving you quality service

I was disappointed

Hands down the worst pedicure I have ever gotten - and I'm 63!!! Left with  jagged nails, absolutely horrible polish job and now this evening two of my toes are actually aching from the cut and cuticle trims - and my feet and nails were not in bad shape at all prior to the service. When we walked in and all the chairs were empty, well we should have known there was a reason why.

I called in the morning to make an appointment for a Mani/Pedi today at 3:30. The person who answered the phone told me yes and to come for 3:00. I agreed. I arrived on time and when I walked in, there were several people waiting and the. the person denied ever telling me to come in at 3:00. She told me there were 4 people ahead of me that were there for 2:30. Asked me if I wanted to wait. I asked her what was the point of booking appointments and that no, I did not want to wait. I called ahead to avoid having to sit and wait. I would not recommend this salon. Another person was coming in when I was going out and I told her what just happened. She left without even trying to go in. The wait would've been too long. It does say on their website that appointments can be made.

brought my wife to get nails done while i was next door getting haircut. didn't seem like they cared about customers and the owner lily really treated her staff like trash.. she was yelling and treating one of her employees who was pregnant like this poor girl was the owners personal bi+ch... come to find out the next time we went back that the poor young pregnant girl who was great at her job. was fired for taking few days off for dr. appointments.. pretty bad,horrible,sad that a employer can treat staff so horrible and then to fire this young girl.... if your looking for nails done dont go here. owner is heartless!!!!! (if this young girl reads this and wants legal help against this salon/owner let me know.. my husband would be more then happy to explain sc employment laws and help you file complaint with courts...
