I wouldn't go anywhere else. Mandy is absolutely amazing and she has done wonderful things with her salon. Prices are reasonable. You feel very welcome when you come in and it's always extremely lively in the salon.

My first visit to this lovely small shop!!!! I LOVE my foiling that Heidi did for me. Went out of there smiling ad very happy. It was a GREAT experience. Thank you, and everyone there was very friendly - I felt at "home"!

A small establishment near the Virginia Beach courthouses, both when I set my appointment and when I had my hair cut Mosaic was packed. Evidently they are doing something right, but my experience was so unsatisfactory I will never go back. I am not someone who is picky about hair (it grows back and all), but this haircut had a longer recovery turnover than most celebs in rehab. After being talked out of the shorter hair cut that I really wanted, I told the owner to go ahead and do what he felt would be best to give my hair some shape. Everything was going fine and though he had some techniques that I have never seen before, I wasn't too concerned even when he asked me to flip my hair over and he went at it like Edward Scissorhands. To each their own, or so I thought. Just when I was about finished, he asked me where I usually part my hair. After showing him how I like a deep side part, he sniped one of my long strands on my hairline alfalfa style and replied "not anymore". The worst part was that as my hair grew out, it would stand even higher. It took forever to grow out and was impossible to fix. I'm all for doing things differently, but this was just bizarre.
