received the worst gel manicure ever! the student dried off gel nail polish on top of the skin! when telling the supervisor, she didn't believe and started telling me that I "harassed" the student because I asked her to fix her mistakes. of course the student didn't own her mistakes, the supervisor asked me to not coming back (like if I was not even thinking about it already). beware. I really thought they aimed for doing the right things but it seems they just care about charging for whatever services even tho it is not good.

Was a student at the school and emailed a request for my transcripts.  The school is price gouging at 250$ for a piece of paper.Do what I did and call the state board, they will take care of you for free.

RUDE, RUDE Manager
I had made an appt. for highlights, the front desk asked for my credit card information to pre-pay for the service. I asked when that request started and was told it was always in place (not the same words, and that I said I never had to pre-pay for any service until I arrive onsite). My issue is, I am worried about giving my credit card information to strangers (don't know the hands that it will be in). I gave my card info. the next day, I got another call for the same information. The Manager Kathy called me back and said the girl was confused.  I ask about the prepayment rule, she became rude and stated raising her voice (I tried to explain, but she was too angry) she stated that the owner made the rules (I Googled the owner, Michael Sodomick) and that she will cancel my appointment and hung up the phone.  I saw the charge on my credit care, but afraid to show up at this business least I get assaulted.  I want to tell Mr. Sodomick- excellent customer service always win and that he should invest in training his managers to respect and listen to the customer. Not interested in supporting this business!

Had a great experience today with a hair salon student. She cut my hair exactly as I asked. Realizing it is a student cut, the instructor came over and provided some instruction. The student, Faith, was nice, friendly and conscientious. She did not rush and I love my cut! Today was half-price haircut day - $7.50 for a wash, cut and blowout. What a nice surprise! My daughter also had her hair trimmed and loved her student, Billie Jo!  Good luck ladies in your future endeavors.

Jessica did such a great job on cutting my hair! I told her I just wanted an inch. Kim the instructor was also very funny and sweet!
