Patty is a very talented stylist and she listens to how you want your hair cut to look like.She isn't going to cut off 4 inches when you asked for her to cut it one inch.She did a great job on my hair and my girlfriend.My girlfriend had hair to her waist and wanted to cut it short.Patty gave her a gorgeous pixie cut and my girlfriend was extremely please.We will both be back

Super bad experience, I wanted a touch up on my almost grown out blonde, and they managed to get my hair in 3 different colors. I had a straight line parting the middle and bottom from light to dark, when it should be dark to light (usually). I never wanted to keep my hair down, it was super ugly and when I tried to go back to get it fixed, the owner Paty just tried using a darker toner, which everyone knows it just fades away. They failed to see that I needed a color correction, which would not have been the case if they simply did it right the first time. DO NOT GO HERE AND GET YOUR HAIR RUINED, all they do is gossip and they don't put their customers first.

I have been here a few times and that's only because I wanted to give this place a chance.
Very unprofessional, middle aged employees behave as if they were teenagers. Worse than that, they are rude. They completely ignore the customers even when the customers have appointments and the employees are ALWAYS either running behind or late. This place never opens on time and so regardless of what time your appointment is scheduled for, you WILL have to wait. The employees have their regulars and favorites and spend so much time working on them and gossiping that they rush their work on the waiting customers. Paty is the worst and she's the OWNER! Constant interruptions and distractions. Awkward seating and just overall bad experiences. Don't believe me? Go at opening time and the only people there are customers waiting in their vehicles who have scheduled early appointments. The owner and employees don't even apologize for their poor work ethic. Diana is the only one there who is polite. STAY AWAY, go somewhere else!
