Me and my mom wanted to try a nail salon here since we just moved and I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. They didn't clean my feet right, the gel polish wasn't clean, and it started peeling FOUR DAYS LATER with NO TOUCH at all SINCE. This is just horrible, we'll never be going again!
Will not recommend. Do not get your lashes done here. Horrible job and I lost 50% of my natural lashes and contacted Arkansas department of health. The glue she uses burnt my eyes and clearly can't be safe.
They do a great job on nails, Andy, Moon, and Lin especially. It's very clean and smells great with a peaceful atmosphere inside. I've never felt like they're talking negatively about me to one another in Vietnamese, either. Highly recommend.
John did an amazing job on my pedicure! I went home and stupidly ran a rolling chair over my freshly painted big toe and came back. He was so kind to fix it quickly and just a calm relaxing demeanor about him. Very pleasant experience. Will definitely come back!
I went with my mother in law as a spur of the moment thing. She was getting her nails done while my husband was at the dentist next door. I sat and watched the process and half way through and I decided to pay for her. I caught her nail tech up front and paid, even tipping $5 on a $20 service. After I paid, the girl who was doing her nails left. We were essentially given no direction afterwards. We had to ask what the next step was. Looking confused at our asking, they brought her to a table to let her nails dry and after 15 minutes we asked if our nail tech would return. The, I suppose owner, who had been hovering over this nail tech during the process, told us that she went to lunch and finished out my mother in laws nails as a complete after thought. Needless to say I am affronted at their audacity and ungratefulness towards good, easy customers. We will not return.
