This shop is rude, they close at 7:30 I arrived at 6:37 walk in and ask for a full set I was told no come bk we don't have enough time, this is my 3rd time trying with them, they, it's ridiculous, and did I mention lazy and rude, they should be closed down, they ain't sh*t without Lynn and her husband, unprofessional a*s nailshop...
I've been coming for 10+ years. It hasn't been without some bumps, especially when I try something new, but Lynn is always open to going back to my standard solar nails or try again. Equipment is always clean and I've never had an issue with infection (had multiple fungal infections before being faithful here).
Love the fact they now are mostly staffed by family that aren't transient.
Best nail salon in town. I've been coming here for years. Tim & Lynn constantly upgrade their equipment and the tools are always sanitized. If you're not pleased with the process or end result, let the tech know. If they don't fix it, tell Tim or Lynn and they'll take care of the problem. If they don't know, they can't help.
I've been here multiple time and this past time is the absolute worst. I had blue nail polish on when I came in and the guy did not even get it all off on any of nails. When he was filing he over filed on the sides of my nails and made the powder come off and when I told him he just went back and filed my nail instead of fixing the powder. And then filed my skin to where it blistered up. Over filed my already short nails. WORST EVER MANICURE
I've been to several nail salons and this is my favorite! It is very nice inside, but more than that I feel like I get quality service. I'm actually getting a ridiculously amazing foot and leg massage right now! I saw the comment someone made about hot water...my water was warmer than I wanted on *one* occasion and they immediately corrected it when I mentioned it. And as for the comment about a clumpy nail, I'm sure they would have corrected it. They are wonderful people. They are very sweet!! There can be a wait on the weekends, but I usually go during the week and I get right in. I would recommend this salon to anyone!
