Well today is the straw that broke the camels back and my spirit. I am tired of being shuffled back and forth as they multitask with other clients. This doesn't happen to everyone but I seem to get the same nail tech most of the time and she charges me more money. It happens with or without an appointment. I am rushed to pick a color and then left sitting while she walks over to start other person. When I ask not to use the dremel tool on my nails I am told it has to be done to get the dipping powder off. It leaves nails paper thin with ridges and damaged.
It would be nice to enjoy the process but I feel angry, disrespected and disappointed. I will not be going back.
Kim does my nails with gel and they last at least 4 weeks. She is so very kind and checks to make sure I am happy with them. I only get them done at 4 weeks because my nails have grown out. They do not chip and look as great as day one. If I want a design she does a great job on that too. I also get my pedicures here. No specific person but they all do a good job. Lasts as long as my nails or longer since they don't grow as fast. I just use regular polish on them. Debbie does my lashes and is amazing. SUPER sweet girl and I am addicted to these lashes. I had done them before at another place and it was horrible. Debbie always does an amazing job. I have been going here for about a year. Very clean and sanitary place. They always ask everyone to wash their hands as soon as they walk in the door. They never seem to have people waiting for very long. The girls at the front desk help the nail techs find colors so they can get your nails done quickly. Really happy with this place as I have been trying to find a good place for a couple of years.
Me and my mom went and got a pedicure and manicure. I also got my eyebrows waxed. My mothers nail girl was Lisa , and mine was La. Kim did my eyebrows and everything turned out great! Definitely recommend those 3 girls.
