I called and talked to Monica directly about doing a perm for a senior lady friend of mine. She said no problem and I set the the appointment. Mary was devastated how horrible her hair looks and still has to wear a headband because it wasn't cut properly.
They charged her $105 dollars for a traumatic experience. I called to complain "Why did you say you could do a perm? She did not get a perm.
I was so upset that I hung up!! I feel terrible as I tried to help her feel good and it had the opposite effect. I read the reviews and felt safe for her. I guess they are fake. I will post pictures of her hair and sitting dejected in her recliner.
If I could give NO STARS I would!!!
