I reached out to the owner to ask if they did LLC retwist for interlock dreads. The OWNER told me yes, two girls do it and have me their names and a link to their app to book. I book w the girl she told me to, paid a deposit, never got confirmed by the stylist, the MORNING OF I still haven't got a confirmation for the appt so I hit up the owner and she tells me that she cancelled the appt cuz that woman doesn't do the service that SHE told me she DOES. She told me she would reach out to the other girl and her back with me about scheduling with her... it's been TEN DAYS and I haven't heard ANYTNING from ANYONE. POOR communication on their part . Lost a client before they even got one smh

Please don't go to this place. I have had a horrible experience. I booked my appointment for three weeks in advance and put in a $25 deposit for it. They told me I have to buy their wig for $400( which is not a human), and I did not like the wig, but I need it to be installed on the day of my event. On the day of my event, the salon called 30 minutes before my appointment to tell the lady who was supposed to do my hair can't do it, and I need to come to get the wig that I have bought with them three weeks ago and left it at the shop .customization. When I got to the shop, the lady, who was supposed to do my hair, was hiding behind the mirror doing someone else hair. Another came to the counter. Instead of giving me my hair, she said I have to pay $75 for the wig customization. My question is, how can you refuse to do my hair but want me to pay you for the customization when it was part of the appointment. I did not say anything; I was already overwhelmed with my event, finding someone who can do it before 3 pm. I have never experienced this inhuman behavior. Luckily, I call abeauty, and someone was available to do it in 2hours. I'm usually not the type to complain, but this was a horrible experience and left me frustrated given that they knew my hair needed to be done that day for my event. It was very unprofessional to cancel last minute. If it weren't for Kiaro Beauty, I wouldn't have my hair done for my event that day.
