I've been there twice for a haircut, 1st time no customers were there, but they told me they were completely booked and couldn't get me in, next time there was one customer and 2 stylists, 1 was with the customer and the other was standing by the front door and looked like she was waiting for a customer. When I asked if they had time to do a haircut, she said she didn't know and seemed completely put off by the idea of doing it. It was just a regular mens haircut, nothing extreme. Never again will I even try there

This salon loves to overcharge and claim it is corporate policy. Haircut and style was nice but I have never paid so much for a haircut and style at any of the Regis Salons as much as I did at this one. Never again, I will stick to the local salons in the Killeen area, like The Salons at Elms Square, they do a better job and charge less!
I don't know about management, but they certainly have no idea about how to cut hair. My wife got a haircut a few months ago that sucked I told her not to go back but she said maybe they didn't understand, So today she took a picture in, 2 actually. She proceeded to give her the worst haircut ever. I don't know if its willfull or she just sucks, either way, avoid if you have a choice.
Wow...Worst management imaginable! The dreadful manager's name at this location is Sonja. Not only is she terrible at doing hair but she will also rip you off without batting an eye. This stupid woman quoted me $69 and then charged me $141! She tried to reason it by saying that they did a couple of extra things for me...None of which I asked for and most certainly none of which should have doubled the price! I am totally shocked at how horrible her 'hair doing' is..But worse, how awful her manners and customer service is. She should never be allowed to work in a salon again. And judging by her own nasty looking hair, she could not do a good job to save her life. I would seriously think twice before going here, since even if you have somebody else there do your hair, she is the manager and will ensure you don't leave without giving you the shaft first. She is a true disgrace.
