I'd there a zero stars? Had to cancel due to waking up sick (during a pandemic, mind you) and was told that they would have to charge my card if I didn't come in. Since I'm not trying to spread this, I canceled anyway. I'll never go back - lady was very rude.

i was distressed to see that many staff were not wearing masks and when I asked I was told that 'it's what you're comfortable with'
that is neither compliant with local laws and it is incredibly disrespectful to post a policy and have staff flaunt it
