I wanted a baby blue color and they gave me a royal blue..The polish is so bad like i can't explain how ugly my nails is , they are clumpy , too thick , and there's polish on my cuticle .

Very VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! HALF ASS JOB AND RUDE PEOPLE THERE. I just went for a pedicure and it took them 2 hours because they kept skipping me. I mentioned it to them and they said ONE MIN and then after soaking my feet for 30 mins finally... But it was a bad JOB! My friend girl was with me and the lady the did her toes didn't know any English or couldn't paint polish or do designs. When she asked the owner for someone that could do designs, they IGNORED HER??!! NO MA'AM, DONT GO HERE.

I went there to get a pedicure. The employee did not work on my feet properly. I ended up with 6 SIX coats of polish in my toes! The polish was uneven, thick & did not cover my nail. I alerted the tech after the 2nd coat about my concerns & i asked for another tech. My concerns & request were ignored. After it was done, I asked for it to be done over. The owner angrily took over and started snatching the toe dividers off. I felt violated. He then started ignoring me. I refused to pay for the service, now I'm banned from there! Good, I wasn't planning on coming back!

I was definitely NOT impressed with the service at Modern Nails. I stopped in for a quick Mani/Pedi and ended up getting stuck there for over 2.5 hours! Upon arriving they immediately sat me and started my foot soak (which was a plus), but then somehow I seemed to have gotten lost in the mix which is super annoying because there was only 3 other customers and at least 7 employees working. While my soaking feet shriveled up like raisins and the water turned cold I sat and watched the employees chit-chatting it up with each other, hanging out in open chairs and playing on their phones. The actual pedicure I got was nice but by the time he started working on my feet my butt was numb from sitting there for over an hour. The pedicure was horrible. The tech (again) kept grabbing for her phone in the middle of doing my nails. She got nailpolish all over my cuticles and the edges of my fingers and didn't even try to tidy them up. The acrylic was jagged and blotchy. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
