I have a client and dear friend who's husband has.been.going through a very tough battle with.cancer. I wanted to do something that would make one day a little easier for her and.get.her a day of.pampering at her favorite spa. I inadvertenly called the wrong salon and ordered a gift certificate. When it arrived, I realized this was.not her place. I had not booked any services with them yet, I just received a piece of paper. I offered to send it back immediatly, explained I had made a mistake and wound need to order the certificate from the correct place. They refused to refund my money. I think that under the circumstances that is very unreasonable. I would not recommend this place.
I will never go anywhere else! The girls are all extremely friendly and welcoming. I always love my hair, nails and my daughters' hair. And the space is beautiful and always very clean. I highly recommend Paradise Studios!
