We love coming to Lily! My dad, husband, son, nephew, and brother-in-law all come to Lily. My dad won't go anywhere else! She is personable and does a great job!

Hate my hair cut just wtf is this?? I said a pixie cut (women)....not a marine haircut.... ugh ever again!!!!!! After I washed it I noticed how much i don't like it! I'm not sure if this place is for training or what.

If I could give this place minus stars I would! I was here this last Sunday with my husband and the owner cut my hair. I specifically told her scissors only, no texturizing or thinning scissors......oh no I won't she said. She cut away and then put some oily stuff in my hair to "make it easier to comb" and then she squished it into shape. By evening I'm staring to notice my hair is all chopped up so I washed it and what a mess. The top is cropped to my head like a helmet and the back is chopped and the biggest mess you have ever seen. Just uneven chops of hair everywhere. The front is angled like a V shape and NO layers or blending and nothing goes together, it's just hideous....it's just chopped in every direction. I called her and she said "well you saw me pick up the thinning shears" I did not have my glasses on and before she even started I said scissors only and she agreed. We talked about wanting want scissors only thru most of the haircut and she said oh I know, that's all I'm using. . Not sure if she took advantage of me because I am a senior citizen or because I am white but the instructions were clear! Really clear and agreed upon. DO NOT GO HERE, you will regret it, she will cut your hair the way she wants, not the way you tell her or the way you are paying for. This is the worst hair cut i have ever had in my 63 years of life, Looks like a two year old cut it! Run! The instructions were very clear, do not trust this MONSTER with your hair! She is NOT a professional. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!
