Yoann rules! He gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. The shape and styling works so well with my hair. I normally dislike my wavy curly hair and somehow he made me love it, I can't thank him enough! He's a true artist!
I went to this place because I saw they had a 70$ for a haircut Groupon deal. So I thought that was good deal for a haircut. I should say that I usually get my hair around 150$-175$. Yoann did my hair and he is a very nice person and pretends to listen to you. After he did my hair with a blowout it looked okay but after the first wash it was impossible to style my hair. And I'm a very low key person and I don't like styling my hair with heat a lot. Now I have to straighten my hair and then do little curls because with the straight hair my hair looks extremely uneven. I specifically asked for a smooth low key layers showed him pictures but now I have lot of short and uneven layers. And he told me his rate is usually 175$ without a groupon deal. He is at his best would be a 60$ worthy hairdresser nothing more in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend him. I'm only giving it 2 stars because it was cheap and yoann was nice person.
I'm 63 years old and Joann gave me the best haircut I've ever had in my life. My wavy hair has always been unruly but with this cut every hair falls into place and stays out of my face without having to put it behind my ears. It looks good for days between washings. I'm so happy with my hair now, Joann is amazing!
I just want to start off, I have been wanting to try this place out. I saw they have deal on Groupon and went for it. I have been calling this phone number for weeks and NO ONE answers at all. Like did you go out of business or are closed for good? Because I've tried to call more than 10 times. Such a frustrating experience! And my Groupon has passed passed the cancel window so I can't cancel anymore. I mean if you guys are no longer in business, please stop selling deal on Groupon. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe the phone number is wrong. But how can it be wrong on yelp and Groupon. So frustrating!
