MK Nails & Hair in Lakeside, CA

Ladies (& gents) I cannot say enough about how great this nail salon is. 1000% recommend. I moved here from OC during COVID and tried place after place in East Cty with nothing but disappointment. Lots of high prices and poor quality. This salon is the best of the best! Everyone here is focused on customer service, detail, and pride in their work. They are timely and well priced. Wee is 100% the best. Since coming here, I can go almost 3 weeks between fills with no chips or missing nails. Weekend like all nail salons are busy so appointments are preferred. Please give them a try, I do not think you will be disappointed!

I highly recommend this salon. I have gotten the Orange Tangerine Pedicure (32$) twice. Both times I was very happy with the service. The technician wore gloves both times which I appreciate. I also appreciate that they use fresh supplies. I watched the technician open the supply package right in front of me. Unfortunately at other salons this was not the case. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I would not recommend this salon. I had a female that cut my finger. I believe it was Wei , 1 of the 2 manicurists, thought my appt was at 1pm instead of at 2pm. Just look at the appt book! He was working on someone else when I came in and whispered to me so his client wouldn't hear. I just walked out. I made this appt 2 weeks ago. I couldn't find another manicurist that day. There was no apology by either of them.

I have only been once to this nail place. They were super nice and very good. They can actually do designs which most places are too lazy to do them. I will definitely be coming back. I do recommend making an appointment though.

Every time I come to them with nail art ideas, they never let me down! This is my regular place for all my nail services.
