Mirror Mirror Hair Salon in Clinton Twp, MI

I booked an appointment last Saturday for today, Tuesday, at 5pm. I received the confirmation text on Sunday and I did confirm it. The appointment was for myself and my mother in law for haircut. On the phone I politely asked if there's a private area since I wear a scarf but it's not necessary and the lady said no and I said that's ok and we booked it and later confirmed by text the next day (attached). Today we walk in, and no one came to help us for 15 minutes. One of the workers were on her phone sitting down and kept looking at us and looking away and finally asked us if we were helped-told her we had an appointment. She looked on the screen and did see the appointment/my name too and proceeded to call the person who scheduled it who was NOT there. And basically told her to reschedule it because she thought we didn't want to come in?? When we confirmed on the phone and in text.. the lady called us "two women" when she was describing us to the person on the phone.. no customers or ladies or even by name. Unprofessional and felt disrespected. I wasted my time and not going back here again. Very disappointing

Great salon. Angie did a great job today on my color and highlights. Bye bye grays and hello color and highlights! Friendly happy shop, everyone was so nice there! Great prices also-will definitely be back!

I have been going to this salon for a couple years now. Angie is the best! She cuts and highlights my hair. I get compliments on my hair all the time!! The staff is very friendly. Mirror Mirror gets 5 stars from me!!

I love my stylist Shelby!! I've been coming to her for 4 years. Very detailed about her work, takes her time so nothing is rushed. I would high recommend this place!

Love this salon. It's welcoming and not pretentious. Cristina has been styling my hair for 10+ years--from teenager to adult and from short bob to super long. She even cut my my mom's hair while she was growing it back after chemo. Highly recommend.
