I don't know what some of these reviews are talking about... this place is amazing! It might not look like some fancy building.. but that shouldn't matter when the service is this impeccable. Also... the price for my gel pedicure and full acrylic set (gel) was under $100 - that blew my mind! Not to mention how amazing their customer service is... they answered my call the minute they opened without any annoyance in their voice. They are great with their customers... I noticed how regulars were remembered on a first name basis. They were able to get me in immediately without an appointment and were very kind. A sweet woman even walked up and complimented my nails as they were being finished ! I absolutely love this nail salon and I'm really grateful I stopped in. Oh and did I mention they have an ATM inside?!? One of my favorite parts.. it's so convenient and really made me happy to be able to pay & tip in cash. Thank you !!! (The first picture is what I showed the nail technician, the second is the PERFECT results... I'm so happy!)
Stop, Bo and Don't get Gel X here I'm guessing any positive comments about this place are for acrylic because their Gel X is not it! Gel X experience at Minaillium: 1) Burns as they apply it- this is not just my experience, I asked someone else who got a Gel X set here, and they said the same thing. Once they put your finger under the light whatever solution they are using starts to burn. 2) Are they using Gel X- Aside from the burning the coat was super thick! Is this lack of application knowledge by the tech? A 1/2 inch of Gel X build up between the fake nail and my real nail is something I have never seen before. 3) They start falling of within 7 days- and when they do, the wannabe Gel X junk they put on your nailbed stays!!!! I switched from acrylic to Gel X a while ago and have had them done at other salons and never did I have any of these happen. Run from that little gold bottle of liquid plastic they are trying to pass off as Gel X! Listen, Gel X is supposed to be a more natural feel and easy removal. I have been trying for a day to get the remaining junk of my nails without damaging them. I don't know what it is but it's stuck! Also, callus removal on pedi not great, rest of the pedi was. The staff working at this spot were nice, BUT if people are knowingly putting bad product on you are they really that nice???

WORST service in a salon I've ever experienced. They will make appointments and make you wait 1.5 hours, and just keep skipping you for their favored clients. Everyone looked afraid to approach them and confront the manager for horrific management style. He is not competent to manage. He was taking clients, leaving, coming back. Haha, this salon is a joke and the BBB should investigate what in the world is happening operationally. I literally walked out after waiting almost 2 hours, and just being lied to over and over. Horrid, never again.
