After a recent move to Lincoln, I desperately needed a haircut -- so, I turned to Yelp for guidance. Mina's Salon immediately presented as a strong possibility. The appointment booking process is a bit unconventional -- a virtual "receptionist takes your information and indicates a callback will be forthcoming. When I didn't receive a callback, I didn't take it personally. The following day I called early and "accidentally" reached a live person. The young woman announced someone would call me back. A short time later, I received a callback from Alex - an appointment was booked. Forty minutes later I arrived at Mina's and was greeted by Alex -- a very pleasant young man. Alex is not only a great barber, but also a good conversationist. Thirty minutes later I walked out with what be the best haircut EVER! Days later I roll out of bed and my hair looks great, which has never happened in my 60-something years. Alex is barber-wizard!!!
Barber Alex is the best!!! I saw a recommendation for him on Nextdoor and I texted him and made an appointment for my husband and two boys! Barber Alex is fantastic, he is very talented and he loves his job! Hands down these were the best haircuts everyone had. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg and he is professional and again super talented! Thank you, barber Alex!
