Mimie's House of Beauty in Tampa, FL

Hands down my worst salon experience. Very unprofessional & argued with her shampoo girl for washing, conditioning, & completing my hair service. She misrepresented the amount of time she needed, blew my whole day, talked across the salon at everyone, went shopoing upstairs, ate lunch, was rude & unreal. ​

Fatima is a scammer. She doesn't show up for appointments. Doesn't contact clients and lies about StyleSeat not notifying her. Ghetto and rude. Yells on the phone because she's trashy.

I was looking for a good salon in Tampa after moving from NY and found Mimi's's House of Beauty online. This a great salon with great service, atmosphere and prices. My hair has never looked so good. So happy I found this salon.

My services at Mimie's House of Beauty was great my stylist is Angel she has done an excellent job on my hair. She is so professional and knows a lot about hair. I chemically damaged my hair and she actually brought it back to life. So, if you are looking for a stylist ask for Angel.

I really wish there was a way to place no stars for this review.......I am recommending that no one ever goes here to get there hair done here. I have very thick and healthy hair and was tired of tackling my hair by myself so sought out someone to go to so I can get a break of doing it by myself So I tried Mimie's House of Beauty the first visit was pretty good a so I rescheduled we'll the second appointment turned out to be the worst day of my life my hair was chemical burnt right off and was covered Mimie said to me that there was some damage but was unnoticeable because you hair was so thick that it doesn't even show she even charged me for the full service and I tipped because I always tip someone when a service is provided on me it doesn't matter where I am I tip I left the shop to meet my fiancé at the mall as I go to the mall I walked around looking for my fiancé as I met up with him and he was taking a look at my hair he said hunny what happen to your hair have you seen the back of your hair it's literally gone he took a picture with his phone so I could see I could not believe what had been done to me I was in tears and couldn't believe that this was done to me and covered up and the fact that she made me pay for it as well. I never went back and I never wrote a review because I was scared to post a picture of what my hair looked like cause I was embarrassed to show anyone or go anywhere. In a result of the damage that was done to my hair I had to completely chop off my hair and start over fresh with 6 months to my wedding date.
