Kimmi is simply amazing!! I've visited her three times now and every visit has been a fabulous experience. * Starting with the inside, it's extremely clean and comfortable - something I appreciate! I understand why she doesn't allow food inside, to keep it clean and sanitary. * Quality of her products she uses is top notch. Her staff take pride in bringing quality forward and making sure you're happy with the end results. * Kimmi and her staff listen. Period. Mic drop. Y'all women who have had a manicure (or pedicure) and didn't get what you asked for, maybe even after you stopped them, is beyond frustrating. This doesn't happen here. Kimmi does what you tell her too. She does it your way, how you like it, and then adds her professional touch. Just how it should be! * Every-time I've gone to Kimmi I've gotten the most compliments. It's funny because I've gone to some high end named places in the local area and haven't gotten the degree of compliments that I do when I see Kimmi. * If there's two things I could give a "negative" comment on - and I guess I wouldn't even call it negative, more like constructive feedback on - it would be price and time. Her price is quite high, for even fills. The time it takes when you visit here, for either fills or new, it takes awhile. Don't have something planned within a short timeframe of these appointments because you'll be here for a while. But both of those again aren't really negative - we shouldn't be rushing this service and the amount of time they allot to making sure you look and feel good is invaluable! I'm a regular and I encourage you to try Kimmi's small local business!!
