Very rushed, very rude during the entire process. Shaping was bad on my nails. Dried gel and glue were on my hands once done and wasn't properly taken off. I was irritated, didn't say anything because I wanted to get out of there ASAP. This place is close to me, but I will never be going back there.
My 16 year old daughter went in to get a pedicure for homecoming this weekend. She got a simple pedicure with regular polish no designs which was supposed to be $36(which I heard her over the phone state and confirm the price). My daughters budget was $40. When it was time to pay they said it was $41. My daughter was very confused as she was expecting $36 and was going to give the $4 for tip. So she texted me and let me know it was more then what she had so I came in and asked why was it more. The lady then said oh I did a callous remover and it's $5 more my daughter stated she didn't ask for that. The lady then said oh well I did it so it $41. I pay the extra and because it was over my daughters budget she couldn't leave a tip. As we are getting ready to walk out the lady yells back what no tip. I could have acted a whole fool for her even attempting that with my daughter but I decided to let it go because my daughter doesn't like confrontation. I will never go there myself or let her go there I will go 2 doors down to Lynn at the salon plaza.
I've been waiting for 20 now. And I see 2 ladies just sitting down eating. They did not even look my way to ask if I need help. There floors are nasty and they have no manners. Would not recommend EVER!!!!!
No-one speak English over there , they don't know what they doing , she did very bad job doing my nails , I will never go back there ,they are careless and rude , she want $55 even though it is $ 45 on the sign
I wanted a gel mani pedi for my natural nails. The older lady started my pedicure without taking all the polish off. I had to ask her 5 times to take the polish completely off. She thought she was done my pedi but didn't put on lotion/oil, clean under my nails, scrub my feet long enough to see a difference. I was just an ashy mess lol! Long story short I requested a new tech who new what she was doing. She started the entire pedicure over. She did an ok job. Terrible at nail shaping. Meanwhile other ladies started complaining about their service. I wouldn't recommend the headache if you like it done correctly,
