I use to come here as a regular. Kathy use to be so nice and did a good job until one day out of no reason decided to be angry with herself, and take it towards me with her bad attitude. It wasn't busy, there was no other customers,but me and all I wanted was the same usual haircut I always get. She decided to cut my hair too short and rushed it to the point she kind of hurt me. It's sad to say,but I will no longer come here. I prefer to go to someone who doesn't take their problems to work, who has good energy, and someone who has good customer service, and who loves cutting hair,plus takes their time.
The quality, customer service and efficiency of this salon cannot be matched. I will come in every month for a beard trim and a haircut and the owner will get right to work. Typically, I am there during my lunch break and I always make it back to work in time. She is very detail oriented and always makes sure I am satisfied with my hair cut before she lets me leave her chair, yet she is still speedy and considerate of my time. She is so nice as to clean my hair off and offers to rinse off my hair before I leave to go to work. This establishment is a quaint neighborhood salon with unbeatable prices. Everyone that works here is friendly and polite.
I have been a customer for the past 3 years. Kathy is exceptional, her salon is clean and I feel like a VIP the whole time. I found this salon by chance online and am happy to say I never stopped coming back. Every time I stop by I ask for a trim, long layers and a blow dry and Kathy does a fantastic job. Prices are very reasonable and her customer service is top notch. She offers waxing services and does a great job shaping my eyebrows to my liking, and never leaves them too thin or thick.
My boyfriend and kids got our hair cut here today. This is how my boyfriends hair was cut!!! The male employee just chopped it once and didn't go back over it at all! We asked for all one length and his neck to be cleaned up as well and that was the end result. I asked for a refund and was declined. Some of the hairs weren't even touched. It's gross how bad this was :(
