the service itself for a gel pedi and French gel mani was pretty good. however, they completely hiked up the price for a service I did not get. a basic gel pedi is 42, she charged me
50 and claimed I got a deluxe even though I specified I wanted a BASIC gel pedi and confirmed the price online. she said she noticed dryness so did a deluxe. First off I would have been ok with paying for a deluxe if that's the service I got, but I know a pedi and I got the most basic service ever. nothing deluxe. this also happened to a friend of mine who they tried to charge an extra 10 dollars for a trim...
Its worth a try but I suggest you confirm the price before doing anything because they will SCAM you.
My nails started peeling the day after I got them done. They were vacuuming around me during my service. Something smelled sour. Not a relaxing experience and waste of money.
I called and made an appointment for 5pm, showed up at 4:45 and it was empty. Then they got an unexpected rush of people through the door, they rushed through my service and stated that they 'had people waiting.' All of those people were walk-ins. I had made an appt., and should not have been hurried because they couldn't handle the influx.
The pedicure was very minimal effort, not a lot of extra care. Disappointin. The gel manicure came off within a week and one nail she added a tip to was misshaped, uneven and sloppy. Worst $83 (+tip!) I've ever spent. Never going back.
Very clean salon. The last time I went I was very satisfied. This time, not so much. The guy who did my nails made them very uneven and when I kept asking him to fix them, he became very irritated. I got tired of asking him to fix each nail so this is what I ended up with.
I scheduled a regular mani and regular pedi with a couple friends for $48 and I didn't want color and told the person who did my nails I wanted just a clear coat for both my toes and fingers, but instead got no clear coat, the services were rushed, my cuticles bleed on a couple fingers and when electronically buffing my nails a few looked patchy. Then they walked over with a paraffin wax for my hands and i assumed it was included because I didn't get polish. Nothing was said or asked if I wanted it and when I cashed out before giving my a total they waited for me to give them my credit card and saw they charged me $68 before tip. They didn't communicate with me even though i was booked for a regular mani/pedi at $48.
