My wife comes out of this Salon always looking beautiful and sexy. They do great work.
I went there for color correction because my hair was so yellow . Milana said it was easy fix my hair was in good shape. She even stated that I had 2 hairs for each Follicle and that I had good strong hair ! My color looked great leaving however whatever lowlights she used turned orange In two washings . I guess she used a warm lowlight which wasn't what we talked about . My own natural is a medium ash brown. I like the cool platinum blonde !! I did call her she wanted me to come in for a glaze however my car was being serviced that day she wanted me to come in . I went to two salons the week after that told me she didn't do the corrective color right . Lowlights were way too light and warm meaning a glaze would NOT take out copper and yellow out PERIOD. I explained to her this and she was snotty about it saying she didn't have the time nor would she fix it . Needless to say they asked me to write out my 500 dollar check to cash . I told my fiancé who is an attorney and he said we will take her to court . Reporting her to IRS as well . This is bad Business On her part . She should have fixed it . Shady place with shady under reporting of their income. Stay away . I thought she was nice at first but she got evil when I asked her to fix it . Unbelievable
There is not enough stars for Milana Salon. I recently moved from Staten Island to New Jersey. After a few failed haircuts, I was recommended to Milana. What a score! Absolutely the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. Milana is unbelievable at her craft. Sonia is the master of eyebrows. Melissa and Doreen couldn't have been nicer. What a beautiful salon with warm, friendly, professional people! I HAVE FOUND MY FOREVER SALON!
