First time here, I am from out of town and I would definitely recommend this nail salon. Very friendly and my nails look fabulous!!
I returned to Midtown Nails after the pandemic started to allow us to go to salons again. It was my first time back in awhile but the staff is as friendly as ever. The owner greets everyone by name on the phone and when you walk in the door. It's a very warm and welcoming place. The conversations are always great with the other customers and everyone is very friendly.
I have always made an appointment at this location and strongly recommend you do the same because they are a smaller salon and do no have a lot of staff. If you're looking for the extras like wine, and mimosas this is not your place. Personally, I like they don't have you waiting for your appointment and they don't rush your service and will help you with color selection and make sure you are happy.
Just discovered this gem in August and won't hesitate return every month now! You can tell that they have an amazing rapport with long time customers and I will be one myself now.
I've been going here off and on for 3 years. The last 2 times I got fills, they were clumpy & uneven. Okay technicians. Good service. Recently I went there. I had a $50 pedi. I decided to tip $15 (30% since my feet were a mess. When I checked my statement, I realized they charged me $70. Not the amount, it's the principle. Nikki did respond that she would reimburse me when I returned. Yeah, not going to happen. Just buyer beware.
Outstanding!! I have been to several places in Charlotte that were so called "High-end" and looks super fancy. However, the quality of work and how they treat certain customers... is trash!! Rollin' with some Fabulous Nails and Eyebrows right now thanks to Midtown! Check it out! See pics. This place is awesome!! Everyone is exceptionally skilled. Focused on what they are doing but, still friendly and fun. Sooooo relaxing too! I had a pedi that put me Lala-land! The prices are average but definitely getting way above average quality work! I was traumatized in the past but I found my place!
