Coming from Los Angeles I bounced around to quite a few Pensacola salons before finding Mickie, through a Groupon, of all things. She is an expert stylist from the East Coast--- cuts that last and grow out beautifully-- and a fantastic colorist. Her prices are reasonable the salon is beautiful appointed and the downtown location is fun. Mickie styles both me and my daughter and Emily did my daughters prom hair--- at the very last minute. Mickie is very involved in pet rescue and always has some new fury friends upstairs-- and lots of stories to tell.
Horrible experience! I went into get partial highlights through Mickey and walked out with frizzy, dry platinum blonde hair! Not only did she keep me under the dryer way too long(45 minutes!) but the color was too light, almost white and very uneven and blotchy! She did not check on me once while I was under the dryer to see how the color was doing! Very, very unprofessional

Great atmosphere. Great location. Great ladies. Emily did my hair and it turned out just as I wanted. Everyone there were friendly. I found my spot. This was back at end of April 2018. Time to make another appointment!
My daughter took me here for a haircut for Mother's day. I got my haircut,by Emily and I got to say I love it. My hair is so thick and was in need of a major cut and layering to get some of the thickness thinned out. When she was done and had blow dried,and styled it, I couldn't believe how great it looked. I will be going back for all my hair care needs in the future. I also fell in love with the way this place is set up ,from the color on the walls,the pictures, hanging,the plants it just makes you feel relaxed and welcomed and the puppy that looks like he is looking in your soul with the cutest old man eyes was a great added bonus to a already great place.
