I went twice to see if the service at the nail shop would be better the second time. However, their customer service was poor, not friendly, very rough handling hands, and they were rude when I asked specific questions about the dipping powder process. Besides being rude, they soaked off my nail polish and placed the same solution back into the acetone bottle to use again. I watched them do this twice. This is a health/sanitation issue. Shame on them! The state should come in and investigate their sanitation practices and review the sanitation process of the lady who does the dipping powder before someone becomes sick.
nice enough, do a decent job. do wish it was a bit more exfoliated on the feet and hands and less moisturized to hide what needs exfoliating, but overall, I leave feeling better than I did when I first walk in.
