BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Customer service sucks. Went in for shellac nails and asked for color 215 sweet talk. As the nail technician started painting my nails it ended up being the wrong color than what I asked for. I told Julie the owner that it's a totally different color than what I wanted. She didn't care and told me it was nothing she could do for me. I didn't mind paying for the service however the wrong color was used. She didn't offer anything to make up for their mistake and got upset about it. This place is all about MONEY! They upcharge anytime they want to. SAVE your money and don't go to this place!! If I could give it a zero rating I would!!!
Poor customer service!!!!!! When a mistake is Clearly pointed out on the technician and you to acknowledge it or even offer a discount and stand firm that you really don't care is a place I rather go back to too many other nail spas to give my money to I won't be back but thanks for the wine though
I would not recommend getting acrylics here. I got a full set of white french tips and I had him redo 2 of my nails because they were so crooked. My nails look awful and the man that did my nails was not friendly at all. He made me pay before he finished my nails which I thought was very rude.
Went in for an acrylic fill, cut down and 1 nail needed to be fixed. Pros - I did not have to wait. I sat at table 1 I don't know the tech's name as she was extremely soft spoken and I couldn't hear her. It took well over 10 minutes just to dremel my old polish off. The dremel slipped and burned me multiple times. One time blood was drawn. If she mumbled an apology I did not hear her. Rather than remove my broken nail she acryliced over it which showed when she was painting my nails. The end result is very crooked and many of the tips are straight rather than round. It took about 80 minutes and the entire time they had some firework display with an Abba song on the tv that played continuously. After hearing the horrible song for the 4th time I asked why and she obviously didn't know what I was asking because she responded with a laugh. After being tortured with the abba song/fireworks, burns and blood my total was $40 before my $5 tip. For the amount of time she took I would hope my nails looked better. I do not recommend this place.
I used to love going here. I was gifted a $70.00 gift card for the Holidays, with an expiration of today. I thought I would go get pampered. I called today, and since they had a change of ownership, the old owners have the gift cards, and the new owners won't honor the $70.00. What a horrible waste of money. I won't go back.
