Avoid this Salon at all costs! Michael the manager and some blonde lady have absolutely no conscience. I put down $150 deposit and called that I would be 5 minutes late. I had to pay for an Uber to get there Also. When I got there they said my hairdresser had been told she could go home. Also Both of these people refused to give me my money back. Terrible unethical people. AVOID
Most of the stylist just got out of beauty school. I've gone through a few "stylist" there and ended up with terrible results. Also, very expensive.
Friendly staff as soon as you walk in the door. My stylist Angie is a miracle worker, making my hair look amazing every time I see her.
Asked for a Balayage was quoted one price and charged nearly 100 more than that.... Felt pressured into it because then I was offered a style I didn't want that would meet the price. The color honestly turned out horrible. I knew my hair wouldn't lighten drastically but what was done was sloppy. Hair looks more like a full highlight and not a balayage. I also asked for money pieces in the front and again just looks like random pieces of highlighted hair. Hair cut took off more than I asked and not in the shape I wanted. I am definitely one of those people that feels so uncomfortable speaking up for myself but after paying nearly $400 I have never hated my hair more. It just looks cheap.
I found Nadia over 5 years ago when I moved to St Pete and she does an amazing job handling my highlights and lowlights. She is wonderful and consider her a friend as well. Love Nadia and JCon!
