I wouldn't recommend this salon. Period. Today was the 2nd time I witnessed Mia arguing with unsatisfied customers. And today, she called the police. All the owner needed to do was address the paying customer's complaint. Period. No arguing, cursing or refusing to address her concern. This was awful. As a paying customer, I left without getting any service and I will not be going back.
I went for pedicure and manicure. Technician just changed my foot polish. No soaking not a full pedicure and did not put on top coat on toes. I had put gel nail color on hands and was done in pedicure chair. I wouldn't recommend this salon
I'm giving this salon 1 star because the owner Mia yells at customers when questioned about cost as well as about services her business provides. I'm not sure if she is aware that she's yelling at customer; however her behavior is unacceptable especially when I'm a paying customers. After getting a pedicure, I also received a refill, and when I tell you every nail on my hand was a different shape. When I brought it to her attention, she told me she has being doing nails for a long time, which I thought was very rude. I will not be returning to this salon ever again. Not to mention, if using a credit card, she forces customers to spend minimum amounts, which is against the law. She shows favoritism to some customers while others sit for long periods of time. There's spider webs encased at the front windows, with large spiders dangling from them. This is definitely a concern because someone could be bitten by them. I will not recommend this salon to anyone that might have a question about cost or services being rendered.
this place is AWESOME..Ive been coming here for years ... they always do a great job . You get a lot for ur money... always with a pedi you get hot rocks, a scrub with massage and warm towels..... the best!! all for the same price
with all nail services you get paraffin wax included in the price as well
It was peak time on Saturday afternoon, yet they got us both in chairs for pedicures right away. I don't mind waiting for a service when I'm soaking my feet and have the massage chair going. All the employees laughed and joked around with us, especially my ticklish husband! We both agreed it was the friendliest place we'd ever been for pedis. We'll definitely be back!!
