Horrible Horrible experience..... went in asked for a gel mani/pedi. I asked to get my gel soaked off my fingernails, because filing makes my nails brittle. She still filed my nails. Started polishing without even doing my manicure. My pedicure( done by a different tech),I asked for white with a glitter top coat. She never gave me my top coat. I Left in tears.
A word to nail techs listen to your clients. Learn how to do regular nails and not just gel, acrylics, dips and powders. Some people JUST WANT A GOOD MANICURE AND HEALTHY NAILS. Never going back
They are not as clean as I would like them to be. I had to ask the nail tech to rewash the metal nail scrubber because there was still dead skin from the previous client. She did, but then her hair was stuck in her gloves so I had to make her aware of that. Other than that, my experience here was okay. Her massages made up for the mistakes that were made. I shall return.
I called the nail salon spoke with a nail tech told them that my gel polish came off she said can you come Monday I said no i live about 6 miles away I need it fix today she said come I fix for you got there and spoke with the owner she tell me ok I fix for you have a seat 30 minutes in me sitting there I noticed it will take to long have other important things to do I say to her well I'll try to make time Monday and come back she tell me you pay you waited to long why you Let me drive all the way over there to tell me I have to pay again
it doesn't matter if I waited 2 weeks or a month my gel polish shouldn't pill off nor my acrylic shouldn't break I told her you keep the money and the cheap gel you water down or that broken uv light I went to school for cosmetology I learned about nails not interested in doing it rather get pampered But god bless you cheating ppl out there money will not grow your business
Horrible !! My a true rating is zero stars. How the tech mess up your real nail and then when she slops a crap load of acrylic on top - she then blame your nails that she jacked up !!! Horrible customer service. Tech do not listen when you attempt to correct her. Please do not go here !
Horrible horrible place. The guy working lied about the wait time, said he'll start my pedicure asap, spent 3 hours in here total! No one here knows how to properly do or shape nails. Place is dirty. Attitude is horrible. Did not even gonna paint my toenails correctly. My 6 year old niece can paint better! Only went here as last resort after work and am unfamiliar with this area. Don't waste your time here!
