I have been a client of Joanna's for a number of years. I always come away feeling like I am listened to and get the cut/style that I am looking for. I am able to schedule using the website and get in when it's convenient for me.

I have been following my stylist from her first shop for over ten years now.This salon has so many top stylists with a wide variety of services.It's always clean inside with a well maintained outside and parking lot.They were way ahead of personal protection products before it was mandated.It's my favorite destination every 3 weeks!

This salon does it all and always does a great job for me. I have been coming to see Denise forever to do my hair and my eyelashes and I have yet to leave anything other than fully satisfied. Not only is Denise great but they have a top notch massage therapist and nail tech and the desk staff is also so nice and smiling every time I walk in. Small town charm right in the Twin Cities. Upon walking into my hair appointment, I was told my stylist was running late. She strolled in with a strong stench of cigarettes and balancing a box of randomness. She did apologize about running late and then got me on my way. She did a mediocre job of explaining the style and cut she would do for me after I showed her numerous pictures and examples off Pinterest. I thought, "what the hell, my hair grows quick, and I'm in a pinch!" Half way through my cut she told me she had to hurry because she was double booked and her other appointment had been waiting over 10 minutes. What the hell?? She ran late and is now rushing me out? Needless to say the reception was unpleasant and did not help with scheduling my massage because the masseuse that had worked there while they sold gift certificates for a quad visit special, had quit! Save your money and time... this is nothing but a chair rental for talentless "stylists" if you can even call them that.
