Melrose Place Hair Salon Inc in Staten Island, NY

I wish I could give this salon 6 stars!!! Christina Is so knowledgeable and really well versed in all things hair and beauty. I've gone to this salon for years at this point and have been back time after time. I travel every two months for my appointment. There is no one like Christina - and if you are looking to change up your hair - she is the one!! Do not double guess your decisions! In terms of safety, this salon takes covid seriously and their staff is always masked and safe!!! I RAN back here once the salon restrictions were lifted!!!

I don't know why I haven't reviewed this wonderful salon years ago. I've been a client of Christina's for 3+ years now. I love The atmosphere of the salon. I, consistently, absolutely love my cut and color! All the girls are super friendly. Family vibes. A++++

I can't begin to sing the praises enough of Melrose Place Hair Salon. I met Christina in 2011/2012 and started going to her for makeup and hair! I was going to someone else for color at the time and finally the girl made a mistake (at another salon) and I wanted to give Christina a try. I have been going to Christina for my color consistently since 2014. I have never changed and have never gone anywhere else. I am constantly getting compliments and questions of who does my hair and how it always looks like I just got it done when it's a month or two old. Christina is fully dedicated to her clients when you sit in her chair and her goal is to get you what you want every time and she always exceeds my expectations. Christina is the most talented makeup artist that has a true gift of bringing out the beauty in anyone she does make up on. Melrose place is my home away from home and all the girls are truly wonderful! I've have been to almost all of them for curls and blowouts when Christina isn't available and I couldn't be happier. I can't wait for melrose place to do my wedding on July 2. So far they have been making that process seamless - I feel so comfortable knowing I'll be with them the day of my wedding! (Liana is doing my hair for bridal and my trial was absolutely gorgeous). Highly recommend.

I've been going to Christina since 2013. She's always been honest and helpful about my hair health - when I first went there I was a broken blonde scarecrow and my hair was falling out - now I have healthy brown hair that's so soft. I've changed my dye, my brushes, my shampoo, my blow drying routine all on her words. She's always accommodating and gives a shit about the long term goals - "respect the process" - 100 stars

I went to get my hair done yesterday with Christina. At first I was extremely nervous because I have very blonde hair and wanted something a little darker. After talking about what I wanted done I told her do whatever she thinks would look best, my hair came out amazing and I couldn't be happier!! She is so sweet and amazing I will definitely be going back to her.
