Horrible salon after they colored my hair, it started to fall out. I was judged horrible when walking into the salon. A lady said your hair look like a birds nest you came to the right place. I felt embarrassed, but I let it be. Now my hairs falling out and I'm not sure what to do. I called and they told me not their problem.
they have 0 clue as to what theyre doing. i paid 160.00 for a balayage and there is 1 blonde streak in my hair i am so disappointed. most definitely wont be going there ever again. So mad. If i could give less then one star i would.

Went to one of the owners because my friend recommended her. I waited for her to stroll in to the salon 20 minutes after my appointment time. Then waited another 10 minutes in her chair with my wet hair dripping down my back while she smoked outside. She clearly did not care that I was a new client. she smelled like cigarettes the whole time she cut my hair and didn't bother to even wash her hands. Thought she would be more professional because she was the owner. Probably wont go back there. Haircut was mediocre anyway, nothing to brag about.
