I've been to a couple of nail places in Rehoboth at the circle and on the service road, this one isn't as good. I gave it a shot and I won't be going back. The man who works there is very mean and rude.
My two daughters and I just walked into this salon and we were so excited to get our nails painted and get nail designs. When I asked the nail tec how long the wait would be to get our nails painted- the tec very rudely shook his head at me and said " no we don't do paint nails here" ! I have never been refused service in my life or been treated so rudely at a nail salon. This place needs to learn how to treat customers.
Very poor customer service. I felt very unwelcome at the salon and will not be going back. For an establishment that says "walk ins welcome" on their main sign, they sure act like they resent your business when you walk in.
The gel manicures are excellent! Best selection of colors, highest quality UV light for very fast drying (30 seconds), exquisite attention to detail, and BEAUTIFUL results!! Highly recommend this nail salon!!
Very rude man answered the phone. Poor customer service. I asked for
the price of a mani and pedi and he preached how they don't cut corners, and then abruptly hung up. No idea about the quality of their services, but it's obvious they don't care about new customers.
