Mateo is awesome! I highly recommend him for a Brazilian wax. He is very personable and hilarious in an already awkward situation. The best wax you'll ever get on any part of your body.
I will just give this Salon one star because there is no less than that. The service is just too bad and staff is not friendly or they don't like their job.
Jackie does beautiful cut/color. You need to take cash or a check though, I wasn't ready for that and did not have sufficient cash on hand my first time there. My second time there was wonderful too. They really seem to get what you are asking for, and have been very personable. As a general rule I'm not someone who enjoys the process of getting my hair done, but I'm warming up to it now that I've discovered Mateo & Co.
