The wife isn't a nail artist or master at taking care of your nail bed/cuticles she changes her prices based off how many customers she's had for the day. Ex. One day you come in for a fill she charges you 40 dollars the next time she charges you 50$. There's no consistency on pricing, shes not up to date with nail care technique and designs and its only her and her husband that works in the shop so if shes busy your nails will be messed up. Be careful i was customer and tried to be patient with her growth but you cant charge for quality and doing serving below the scale nails.
Don't recommend, she's over priced and my nail broke in 2 days and she charged me 10 to fix my nail on top of not even shaping it like the others ! Oh and let's not forget you'll be waiting at least a hour and a half for 1 nail to be fixed ! If you want design don't think paying anything less than 90$
Terrible. Not clan and they don't care about quality. I showed them the polish on my skin and the man said ok. Really??
I try to give them chance after chance but I don't know if they like there business or not they are rude and like there business anymore or what but I am sick of giving them my money so frustrated!
I walked in to this place and wasn't even greeted. I was told where to sit, then before even washing or soaking my nails (with shellac on them) the man started to use a Dremel on my nails to remove my shellac. He sat my hands on used containers of nail polish remover, no towel, nothing cleaned. After almost taking my nails down to the skin, very unevenly a regular walked in and he started talking to her. He got up and told me he was going to get the polish. I was busy watching tv, after ten minutes I look over and he was doing the other ladies nails. I left there with holes in my nails and not even all the polish off, and they charged me ten dollars for that. I've never been to a more disgusting and disrespectful place in my life. I will never stray from my favorite place Hot Nails. They were closed that day and I had broken a nail pretty bad so I thought I could get it fixed somewhere else. I was SO wrong!!!
