I was here today at 3:32 and they were SOOOOOOOOOO Loud. the whole time i was there they was talking I was so happy when I left I will not come back here again all I wanted to do is relax. I will not recommend coming here. For anyone who is seeing this please I hope this helps you. Also be careful when you decide what hair salons you go to.
My mother was treated terribly upon her experience here. she came to get her hair braided and she stated the hair stylist was rude and rough with her. She will not be returning. She explained how this was the worst customer service experience of her life and she doesn't understand why the customer service is not important. However she still tipped the ladies, but she will not be back.
I can't stand places that do not offer Good customer service. Especially mistreating my mother who is older.
Today was my second time going and the customer service has yet to improve. The staff diminishes the core essence of its customers by repeatedly speaking in their native tongue. It leaves the customers wondering if they are the topic of discussion. Next, I had to wait over 4 hours and I still wasn't satisfied. The last time I was there over 6 hours. With having natural hair, two people should never "literally fry my hair" in a rush!!! Lastly, I asked could I be out by a certain time. Of course that didn't happen!! Poor time management.
I went there and started noticing my hair shedding like crazy and falling out. Now i have patches of my hair missing and they not trying to do anything about it. Now the same thing has happened to two of my family member. this is crazy. Im definitely going to look into legal help with this because this is ridiculous if anyone that can offer legal help is reading this please reach out.
I came here a few weeks ago and it took over four hours to get a simple blowout! I was so upset!!! I had other things to do and my entire morning was taken away from me. Only go here if you have half a day to waste... my issue was the starting and stopping! If you are doing someone's hair, finish it!!!
