Please I beg you do NOT give them your business or money!!!!!!! They do a terrible job and the lady overcharged me! A $60 pedicure that was hideous! The guy was nice but has no idea what he's doing. I couldn't be more disappointed. My gel never chips unless I wait three weeks for another pedicure this time my toes chipped after only a week. When I was in another lady walked out very upset because of how poorly her nails were done.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!! (I have never written a yelp review in my life, but today I had to make an exception after the horrible service that I received at this salon). I went in on a Saturday to get shellac polish on my hands and a matching, regular polish on my toes....very simple service (at least, I thought). To begin with, the older lady tried to sell me additional services the entire time while I was in the chair which can become annoying after a while. In my case, she tried to get me to pick a brand of shellac polish that comes with the matching regular polish without telling me that it was an additional $2! When I asked her why would it be an extra $2, she said it was because the shellac polish comes with the matching regular polish already in the box. I have never heard of anything as crazy as that. Nail salons are always willing to match your polish without charging!
When she finally starts working on my hand, I realized that she had me under the dryer for 6-10 minutes at a time, unlike the usual 1-2 minutes that it takes for your nail layers to dry with shellac polish. As I was about to leave, my nail starts to smear. I told her my nails weren't dry, which was crazy because I had been under the dryer for about twenty minutes at this point, way longer than I'm supposed to be under the dryer with shellac. When I asked her why was it not drying, she started trying to explain that her stuff is better for you and lasts longer. This made no sense. My nails always last 2 weeks and I never have any problems with them not being completely dry when I leave.
When it was time for me to leave, I realized that the total was a little off. I asked her about it. She then tells me that she charged $1 for the paper flipflop that she gave me (always free at the salons I go to) and $3 for taking my debit card(this is ILLEGAL in TN) which I explained to her.
Not even 24 hours later, my nails started chipping(Sunday). So I go to the shop on Monday and she has to fix four of my nails. Since that Monday, the remainder of my nails have all chipped drastically. My nails look like I have had them for weeks when really I have only had them done at this time for four days.  Since I do not live in Memphis and had to go back home, I called the shop to let them know that my nails were completely messed up. She proceeded to tell me that she was busy but that I can come in if I want, and then she hung up in my face. When I called back(since she hung up and I wasn't finished talking), she just put the phone down so the line could be busy.
To make matters worse, it's disgusting. In the restroom, there's a sign that says "Do Not Flush Paper Towels and TISSUE Down the Toilet" So everyone who uses there restroom has to throw tissue in the garbage located next to the toilet! Disgusting!!

I will not be back to this salon and I would encourage everyone else to stay far, far away!!!

I will give this nail salon or these women no stars. Never have I ever been to a nail salon that didn't know how to do nails well. Now this was my 1st time at this particular nail salon. So, I walked in the door and of course hi may I help you Yes full set with shellac picked a shellac color and sat down. We can do you nail take a seat right here. So as she approaches the nail table to do my nails she gets the nails and all put the nails on my fingers and grab some colored powdered and as she's finishing filing and buffing she goes to the powered substance so I'm like where is the shellac  color. Oh I'm sorry we don't do shellac on full set we do powered gel nail. So, I'm like I didn't ask for gel set I asked for a full set and shellac and you clearly told me you do that. She says shellac and gel is just alike but gel set last longer. So I'm like I'm sure it does and so does shellac and I've been getting shellac for the past 4 years and that's what I came here for. So she goes on saying well you can just get out of my chair since you have an attitude. Not 1 time I have an attitude. So I'm like okay it's fine by me. Just take there's nails off and we will be done but please don't expect a payment from me.. No payment was paid I will not make that mistake again. I'm gonna continue to be a loyal customer to my old nail tech.. At the end unfortunately I had to still give them a star.

Special on the door reads $18.00 for full set. The older lady tells me my total is $35.00. For a short length full set. No designs, no odd shaped nail, nothing theatrical. A simple full set. I inquired why, she then states there is a charge for polishing the nails and a debit card fee. An additional charge to polish the nails?! Did I mention, I brought my own polish? Her math and  professionalism is sub par. This place is a sham. They are extremely tacky and dishonest. Do not spend your hard earned money at this place.
