I have had every color hair and almost every style hair being pretty adventurous as my hair grows out fast. In saying this, I have had so many people touch my hair throughout the years but not since I've been to Jon Paul at Mariposa Salon. In my opinion, he is the best short hair and colorist thats done my hair ever ever ever! He is a magician with his scissors and jokes that he guarantees his cuts to grow out nice and, they always do! I've changed it up so many times with him and he just has a way with my hair it looks good every time. I highly recommend Jon Paul for any hair needs but damn he rocks the short doo's and colors like no one else. Thank you Jon Paul for always making me feel like a rockstar.

I recently moved to San Diego and tried a few salons. None of them were doing it for me until I tried Mariposa Salon and salon owner Rebecca. I was coming from a stylist who colored my hair and in my opinion messed it up. So when I had my first appointment with Rebecca explained the mess and she immediately assured me she could fix it and my hair was still in good shape. After my first appointment I knew I finally found an awesome stylist- and her salon is super clean and very stylish!! At my next appointment she told me a little about herself and her specialty being hair extensions. I had always wanted to try them so I came back for a consultation and went for it! She did and incredible job educating me, picking out the colors and finally putting the extensions in!! I love them so much and it has made things for my hair so much fun!! I highly recommend Rebecca and her salon! As well as recommend Jean Paul who is super talented too!!
