I started seeing Sarah before my wedding for facials and for advice on a skincare routine. She is absolutely incredible at what she does! I've never had a better facial. My skin is always glowing after an appointment, and unlike other facials I've had my skin feels soothed and areas where I've had extractions aren't red and inflamed. Sarah is super knowledgeable and takes so much time to make sure that she uses the best products for your specific skin type. Not only are the facials effective but they are also relaxing. She starts each facial with essential oils and asks you to take a deep breath- it reminds me to enjoy the time that I am taking for myself and to relax right from the start. The products that she sells and uses are high quality and have safe ingredients.

The thing that is truly unique about Mansfield Hollow Skincare is the level of personal service that you receive. As I was trying to prep for my wedding she took the time to check in with me after treatments to see how new products were working. She was available for all of my questions and always made me feel like I could reach out whenever I wasn't sure.

About a week before my wedding I had a horrible breakout. In a panic, I got in touch with Sarah and she made suggestions of things to try and then checked in with me daily throughout the week. As the wedding got closer and I was still having trouble with my skin she put together a whole new set of products to get me cleared up in time for the big day. I found out later that she had been away on vacation during multiple texts and phone calls as she helped me.

I can't imagine that you would get the personal support that you get from Sarah in figuring out your skincare from anywhere else. I plan on continuing to see her regular even now that my wedding is over. This place is one of a kind!

My facial with Sara was truly amazing! She is so lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We first discussed my skin concerns. During the facial she analyzed my skin and we discussed this after so that I could fully relax and enjoy the treatment. She recommended products for my skin but did not pressure me into buying them. It's been 4 days and my skin is still so smooth and hydrated! I've had several facials in my life and this is by far THE BEST one I've had. Can't wait to go back!

I have had a few facials by Sara Heumann, owner of Mansfield hollow skincare. I can honestly say they get better each time! Sara creates a space that is instantly relaxing and her use of massage, technique, and products throughout the session makes the facial experience truly blissful. If you want self-care, an opportunity to relax, and work with someone who is truly knowledgeable about skincare and products, Sara is by far the best choice. I can't wait for my next facial and I can't recommend her enough!

I have been a client of Sara's for the last year, following her from the salon where she worked to her new spa space at her business, Mansfield Hollow Skincare.  I have received various facials from her and learned a lot about skincare, skincare products and appropriate application, and  self-care overall!  As a former social worker, and as someone who is always seeking new knowledge as a skincare provider and healer, Sara is committed to providing for her clients an experience that is both restorative and informative.  

My most recent facial was last week in her lovely new space! She begins your service with a brief discussion of your skincare concerns (over a cup of tea) and some recommendations for the treatment.  I arrived feeling stressed, with dry skin, minor breakouts (at 41 years of age!), and congested pores. I left with hydrated, softer skin, the tension in my neck and shoulders gone (!) from the wonderful massage Sara provided while the therapeutic mask worked on my face.  I did also purchase a Rejuvi (brand name) eye gel and facial moisturizer which I am quite pleased with after several days of application. Sara has a range of products available which she has personally researched and tested.  She will educate you on the use and application of these products to ensure you get bang for the buck!  The price points are quite reasonable.  

I feel quite fortunate I am able to incorporate Sara's skincare into my budget and schedule, but should be clear to note the quality of her treatments, the products used and the results are superior to more expensive spas in the area, and her approach is more personalized.  When I have had a question about a product I purchased from her, or I have not been able to get in to see her, Sara is readily accessible by e-mail or a quick call to offer advice or suggestions for home care that supported my skin health and appearance until I was able to schedule another consultation and treatment.

In addition to her skincare expertise, Sara has training in social work and as a doula, and it shows--her touch is gentle, her manner compassionate and relaxing and her massage is AMAZING. (So amazing that I fell asleep during our first facial, something that has never happened to me before.) Most important, the results have been dramatic. I'm 54 and my skin looks fresher and brighter--so much so that I've started using the Skin Script line of products that Sara sells--they are terrific, and less expensive than similar products out there. Bottom line: I will continue to go to Sara--not only are her facials wonderful and restorative, but the results seem to last for days.
