worst experience i've ever had at a salon. i wanted my dark brown hair to be blonde, and understood it would take a few sessions. the way my hair turned out after the first appointment was unacceptable. i asked to get it fixed and she "didn't have time." i ended up coming back for a tone a few weeks later (which lasted maybe 2 washes) and on top of that i had to pay for that service. the stylist was super rude and blamed it on the products i use (i purchased everything she recommended) and also blamed it on my shower water. my hair is STILL recovering from this ordeal, even though this occurred last December. she also posted a passive aggressive instagram story to top it all off. i have attached a photo of my hair color after maybe 3 washes post appointment. to add, i have never once box dyed my hair. i never write reviews like this, but going through hell with my hair since this happened has made me beyond frustrated.

I felt it was a great atmosphere and great people but was very disappointed with my hair. I paid $250 for a hair job everyone told me didn't look like my roots were done. I have never paid $250 for a color and nothing else and to leave disappointed was frustrating. I reached out and my stylist offered me a free hair cut when I came back. I appreciate that but after thinking about it I over paid for a bad hair job and they should have offered to fix my hair. The owner offered me a passive aggressive response. This was my first hair experience in Wisconsin and feel disappointed because in LA they would have got me in the next day and fixed it I never write reviews like this but I'm so disappointed.
Kenzie cut my hair today and I genuinely love it! I am a tough critic when it comes to my haircuts because my last hairdresser set the bar at an all time high. I'm happy to say Kenzie will be the only one cutting my hair while I'm still living in Wisconsin :)
