Convenient, however, you will make compromises. Service is iffy, inappropriate small talk. Should not comment on the shape of someone's feet, or, ask if they have retired yet. Left numerous times during pedicure, with no explanation. Took money from people, came back without changing gloves.

Horrible service and work. I can't believe people still go to this place. Their techniques are dated and they rush you out so fast. Awful.

I scheduled a manicure for myself and my niece last Thursday and want to share my disappointment with the visit. First of all I had booked the manicure's online and it appears that no one confirmed what type of service we wanted as my niece received only a polish. While we were only charged for a polish I had booked us both for a manicure. Secondly, I was told that the woman who I signed up for was stuck in Michigan due to the weather. I get that but the girl who did my nails was obviously newer as my manicure looked terrible. I took the polish off 2 days later as it was on my cuticles and skin. I realize that everyone has to start somewhere but was disappointed with the end results. I still tipped her decently but she's got a ways to go. I know we were there for some basic services but was thoroughly disappointed with the whole visit.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU'RE BLACK. I came here to get a mani pedi for homecoming, and the service I received was absolutely horrible. Let me start off by saying I've already had a bad experience with this place, as I came in earlier this year on my birthday to get a mani pedi. I noticed the workers discussing me beforehand, and they proceeded to seat me seats away from the other customers who were white. When I was met with a worker, he began to try and continuously persuade me to get a different pedicure treatment than I had came in for (and clearly scheduled my appointment for) after I already told him what I wanted. The experience he tried to persuade me to do would've taken a lot less time, so it was clear he just didn't want to do his job. After this experience, I never wanted to come here again because the vibes were off and made me really uncomfortable, but I was in a crunch for my last homecoming and desperately needed somewhere to go to get my nails done. I called to set my nail appointment and was hopeful that things would be different, as one of the ladies on the phone sounded pretty nice. I was sadly mistaken. When I arrived, they were already late taking me in for my appointment. After 15 minutes, I was finally seated for my pedicure. The pedicure treatment went fine, but once I was seated to get my acrylics, things went south. A woman whose name I do not know was in charge of doing my acrylics. She immediately started doing a poor job, placing the acrylics on the wrong way and being really rough on my hands and fingers. She did not care about my treatment. When I politely told her that the acrylics she put on were crooked and not on correctly, she immediately had an attitude with me, yelled at me "I can't do this", and started talking about me loudly in her native language in front of everyone in the store. She rudely told me that I needed to go to someone else, literally waving me off and got up and walked away. I was then placed with a worker by the name of Henry. He didn't do any of the designs I asked for, was being really rough on my hands and fingers, and when I told him that one of the acrylics he placed on me was broken off and if he could please file more, he yelled at me "I FILED!". One of the workers (the "nice" lady I had the phone call with) had to come over and explain to him what I was talking about and that my nail was broken and that he'd need to do it again. After that he stopped speaking. I told him that he was really rude and that he needed to speak to me in a better way. I was extremely disappointed, as I was charged $90 for nails that looked absolutely horrible and weren't even in the designs I wanted as he straight up wouldn't do them. At the end of all this, they had the nerve to ask me for a tip. All of the workers noticed this happening to me, and none of them said a thing. I told one of my friends about this experience, and she told me that she knows some kids that go to the same school as the owner's kids, and that she heard that the kids said their parents won't let them be friends with or talk to Black people. I told my mom about this experience, and she called up to the shop to confront the workers, and a white lady who works there (once again the "nice" lady I had the phone conversation with) answered the phone as none of the workers who treated me poorly wanted to come to the phone. She immediately started using her white woman tears trying to make us feel bad and threatened to call the cops on us, but when my mom threatened to tell the cops about the racist treatment I experienced here, she immediately stopped crying and just hung up the phone. The treatment I received here was horrible and absolutely came from a racist, hateful place. I could completely tell the different between the way they treated the white customers and the way they treated me, a Black girl. This experience was extremely disheartening and they all should be ashamed of themselves. Again, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU'RE BLACK. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Just a bunch of people who DO NOT know how to run a business and know NOTHING about respect and proper customer service.

This place is very expensive and I didn't really understand their pricing. The nails are super cute though. The vibe of the place was meh. I told my nail tech I wanted normal shape on my natural nails and she said "no you need almond" so she did the almond shape then charged me $5 for it! I didn't even want it. I probably won't be back I am revising my review because I originally gave 2 stars because at least the nails were cute BUT only 3 days later and the nails are chipping and the top coat is stripping off and that's NOT OKAY!!! DO NOT COME HERE
