5280 Nails & Lash in Lone Tree, CO

when I made the appointment I told them what I needed done. they said we can do . when I get in there. tech says they don't do ombré but said she would "try". They started taking all my nails off (why?) with clippers only. (Ouch) gets done with one nail. tells me once she has messed a couple of my nails she doesn't have time. they did not help  make anything better. Left there with my right hand a mess

I went and got a manicure and wow it turned out absolutely stunning. Amber did my nails, she is now my go to nail artist going forward. Her service was impeccable, we had such great conversations and she was hilarious! She recommended GelX, and I am never going back to my old nail routine. I've always loved 5280, it's truly one of the best in the business here in Denver area for nails.

Went twice. Loved the first visit for the shape and thickness of my nails. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the techs name. She did good for my brows too. Second visit I experienced great conversation and easy access to a name tag with a QR for tipping. Beautiful interior design and comfortable seating. I will return to find that first tech. FYI: there is a 10% off coupon for checking in on Yelp, but you have to remember to use it because the clerk does not ask if you have a coupon. Also, they have a loyalty punch card which is given if you ask for it.

This place used to be really good. My wife and I have gone here multiple times in the past. The last two times the service has not been the same as in the past, felt very rushed and quality was lacking. Today we had an appointment at 11:00, after checking in twice (due to lack of communication with us) they sat us around 11:10, then proceeded to only treat one of us and didn't say a word as to the delay to me. At 11:30, I got up and left as no one said a word to me. I like to support local businesses and always believe in giving a second chance. But with this place as I said before the last two times the service was less than optimal and was rushed. The place is clean. l hope they fix their issues vs just ignoring their failures.

I have been on the hunt for someone to do a good job with dips and my pedicures. I won't mention where I have been, you can always look at my posts but I have found the place here!
Most of the times, the dips were done so sloppy and thick. Well not here!
I am also very rough on my hands, as in I am always digging in the dirt so I need them to be on the shorter side.
The person I go to is Junior Q. He takes his time and does a great job of cleaning all of the cuticles, etc.
